MGM Grand
The MGM Grand, one of the most
popular four star hotels on the Las Vegas strip,
has 5,005 rooms, including 751 suites. The building
is the home of the 1,700 seat Grand Theatre which
hosts one of the most popular shows on the strip
EFX, which stars Tommy Tune and is dubbed "the
show that Las Vegas was made for."
The building also contains a 650-seat
Hollywood Theatre, a 16,325-seat Grand Garden
Arena and 170,000 square feet of casino action.
A theme park, Grand Adventures, is located in
the building as well. True to Vegas style, the
MGM Grand has 14 restaurants and is the place
where visitors can experience the high-energy
nightclub Studio 54.
Monarch exit devices are used throughout
the building on fire exit doors and on theater
doors for fire protection safety.
